Visiting us
Questions, answered.
Are the two locations identical?
Yes — same doctors rotate between both offices, same equipment (Optomap, OCT, digital refraction, Neurolens), same eyewear lines, same standard of care. The Philly location is in a historic Center City row, the Newtown Square location is a modern Main Line space — but the exam you'll get is the same.
Can I switch between locations?
Absolutely. Your records are shared between both. If you usually come to Philly but it's easier to come to Newtown Square one week, just book the Newtown Square slot — your file follows you.
Is parking easy?
Newtown Square: free on-site parking. Easy.
Philadelphia: on-street parking is metered and limited. We recommend the parking garage at Broad & Pine or 10th & Pine, or taking the Lombard South subway / SEPTA bus.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Both locations are fully wheelchair accessible. Newtown Square has step-free parking-to-door access. Philadelphia has a wheelchair-accessible entry. If you need any specific accommodations — service animal, larger exam chair, sign language interpreter — just let us know when you book.
Do you treat kids at both locations?
Yes — family eye care and pediatric myopia management are available at both Philadelphia and Newtown Square. Same doctors, same protocols.
What if I have an eye emergency?
Call either location directly. Emergency eye care (red eye, foreign body, sudden vision change, eye injury) is available same-day at both locations. If we're closed, call the office line for after-hours guidance.
Ready when you are
